P. Allen Smith’s Garden Style Season 13, Episode 20, “Getting the Blues”
This show incorporated all things blue including everything from blueberries to blue flowers and the Mississippi Delta Blues. In this segment, Allen teaches viewers how to make mini pizzas using blueberries and blue cheese. The sweetness of the blueberries creates a nice contrast to the strong flavor of the blue cheese.
